A:Our factory is certified with ISO 9001, SGS, and BSCI, while our products comply with CE, FCC, EMC, RoHS standards and are supported with MSDS documentation.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
A:Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. Many of our customers cooperate with us through this business model. We can support customized branding, packaging, colors, and product functions based on your requirements.

What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
A:Our standard MOQ is typically 100 units, with better pricing available for larger quantities. However, we strongly support new customers — for the first order, we can accept just one carton so you can test the product quality and assess market feedback before placing larger orders.

Do you accept sample order?
A:Yes, sample is available and usually can be sent out in 3-7 days after payment received.

What's your lead-time and payment term?
A:Our typical lead time is 10 working days. Payment: 30% deposit, 70% balance due prior to shipment.
